Excellent service and skilled team. Turner was the fourth company I called, and I wish I called them first. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision. I felt like he cared about what was best for us, and the service fee was economical relative to the level and quality of the service. I purchased a used LG washer and dryer that was in excellent condition but the washer needed the drain valve to be replaced. We dropped both off at Turner Appliance for the repair. They repaired the washer and Tim and Charley delivered them to my home; removed my old washer and dryer and installed both the washer and dryer. They were both phenomenal. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer them and will use them again when the need arises.
It cost me a total of $268 for the parts, labor, set up and delivery.
