He came out later in the day with the required parts. Again he was quick and friendly. My washing machine is working again thanks to Matt. I will definitely call them in the future for appliance-related issues. It is very clear that they appreciate their customers.”

“Dryer door sensor, electrical board and heat board all swapped out.  $200.00

I set up a time with Turner Appliance to come look at my dryer. They were on time, called in advance and performed the service quickly and very well. They were clean, trustworthy and explained everything in depth. They ordered parts that were needed and then called and set up a time to replace. At that time, I was not available, so I left the door open for them to enter on their own. They left it very clean, everything in place and very trustworthy.”

“They cleaned out some stuffing from a comforter and pillows that has clogged up the pump. $110.00 My washing machine was not draining. Called at 9:00 and had a tech (Chad) at my house by 11:00. Chad took the front panel off and knew right away what was wrong. I think he only worked a total of 15 minutes and it was fixed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Plus, he didn’t berate me when it turned out that the problem was caused by me washing comforters and pillow. This is the 3rd time in 5 years I have used Turner Appliance and each experience as been great. I wouldn’t even think of calling someone else. I would write more but I have tons of laundry to get done. Thanks Chad.”

“Replaced hall sensor in front-load washer. $200.00

My front-load washer stopped working Monday morning. I called Turner Appliance and they were available for a service call on Tuesday afternoon. The service technician diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at my home. The repair was made within the next 10 minutes. The Technician offered insightful information regarding front-load washers as we were finagling the bill. Total repair time was less than ½ hour. The tech gave an advance phone call and arrived early for the job. I have used their services before and would absolutely call them again.”

“The customer service at Turner is top notch. Starting with our first contact with their receptionist through to our interaction with their technician, they were professional, cheerful and very helpful. We were especially pleased at their Saturday hours at no additional charge. We had Turner come out to inspect our dishwasher after it stopped responding to any setting we input. The technician came out on time as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. The main computer in our dishwasher needed to be replaced at a cost more than the initial value of the machine. The technician thoroughly explained the options available to us, and offered to apply this service fee to the next visit if we had them install a new dishwasher. While we were not able to find a dishwasher in their inventory that we wanted to purchase we were extremely pleased with the interaction.”
